Infrared Sauna Sessions
An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to make heat. Unlike a regular sauna that uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body, an infrared sauna uses light to make heat and warms your body directly.
Our sauna is equipped with the full spectrum of infrared light. When your body is exposed to these wavelengths, it responds in ways that can produce numerous benefits. Regular use may:

HOW IT WORKS
Normal sessions range from 20 to 40 minutes at 110-130 degrees Fahrenheit. Shorts and a t-shirt or tank top is recommended.
Infrared sauna is a relaxing experience considered safe for most people. However, it may not be appropriate for everyone. Please consult you doctor before using an infrared sauna if you have any concerts about your current health status.
